QUANTIFIED SELF

The Quantified Self aims to target and research a portion of one’s life and classify it into data. From the data a story should be communicated visually that tells events transpiring over time and take a closer look into how much of a certain activity one really performs in their life. This is coupled with the exploration into points and cross sections of how one interacts within a certain portion of their life.

In-Depth

Taking influence from concert light and stage design “Get Up!” establishes hierarchy and control through high contrast settings and manipulation of light. The poster begins with a triangular convergence diagram showing correlation between space, surface, and activity. Each category of space and surface are represented by a color whilst they intersect with various activities for each category. The information is highlighted in day by day statistics for each category telling of each days interaction with the
specific category.
